Characterization of the DTX-liposomesIn this study, DTX-liposomes with DSPE-PEG2000-biotin were prepared using ethanol injection method. The particle size, PDI and zeta potential of the DTX-liposomes were determined and shown in Fig. S1. The average particle size, PDI and zeta potential of DTX-liposomes were 177.2 nm, 0.203 and −14.7 mV, respectively. The PDI less than 0.3 mean the size of liposomes was distributed uniformly. The encapsulation efficiency was about 98% with loading capacity about 3.3%.
